Heirloom Billiards will replace any defected parts, we stand behind our product 100% and pride ourselves in 100% customer satisfaction.
!!ALL RETURNS MUST OBTAIN A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORISATION!!
Return/Order alteration Policies:
* For "Stock" pool tables if the warranty is still valid, we will replace any defective parts or damaged parts due to shipping. If a cancellation does occur there is a 25% restocking fee that will be charged for "Stock" orders.
Hand made or Custom Orders will incur a 25% restocking fee only if the order has not been processed
and/or has not begun fulfillment.
* Repairs or replacement of any defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the Product.
* A decision to repair or replace a defective part shall be at the sole discretion of Heirloom Billiards.
* Custom or Hand made products cannot be refunded due to the fact that the product is specifically manufactured to your specifications and cannot be sold to another party by Heirloom Billiards as "NEW" or as a "Stock Table".
* We will replace any defective part. Photos of the damages must be reported to Heirloom Billiards at the time of delivery, please inspect your order prior to installation of your table/ equipment.
* There are no returns or replacement of any parts if your table is not installed by a professional certified installer.
* Heirloom Billiards is not responsible for any shipping cost that are incurred if you refuse to accept your order.
* There will be no financial compensation of any kind for custom products only; all damaged or defective parts will be replaced.
*NOTE Custom / hand made tables: Any alteration to any hand made or custom pool table or equipment before or after fulfillment may incur charges and are not limited to, materials, Hourly rates, mileage, service fees, shipping, handling, installation fees, or dismantling charges.
Pre-owned Pool Tables
* No refunds for & No returns are accepted on any pre-owned pool table .
* No manufacturing warranty is given or implied on any pre-owned table.
* Secondary warranties are available for purchase from Heirloom Billiards on select tables .
NOTE ALL USED/PRE-OWNED POOL TABLES ARE PURCHASED AS IS
All tables are fully inspected before they are purchased by Heirloom Billiards
to ensure the quality and playability of any used table we aquire as we sell only
the best condition tables to make sure you will receive an outstanding product.
