This is a warranty on the labor for services performed only and no other warranty is expressed or implied.
The warranty set forth herein is for a period of 1 year and is not for more than 1 year.
It covers the labor performed and guarrantees that services rendered have been performed in a
satisfactory manner and are complete and free from defect or flaw in the work performed
This warranty is not subject to missing parts for any equipment prior to assembly/dis-assmbly.
It does not cover any textiles such as billiard felt or anything the like.
This warranty is also subject to the following:
EXCLUSIONS:
HB's responsibilities under this warranty shall not extend to any of the following:
*Subsequent purchasers; this warranty extends to the original purchaser only.
*Repairs or replacements as a result of abuse, neglect, alteration, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake, or other natural calamity,
abnormal playing conditions, accidental damage, or improper installation by some one other than HB or HB authorized person.
*Leveling. The labor warranty is not extended to any leveling or releveling.
*Repair or replacement of the bed cloth or playing accessories.
*Incidental costs or damages arising out of any alleged or defective component or from it's repair OR REPLACEMENT.
*Replacement of entire table. This warranty extends to replacement or repair of covered components above .
* Character flaws naturally part of or purposefully incorporated into or onto material for signature design & distressing and
character relating to the table and its manufacturing process.
* This warranty excludes all new, pre-owned / used tables textiles and is not extended to or implied towards any new, pre-owned /used pool table textiles
THIS WARRANTY is the entire understanding between you and HB of the Warranty coverage for labor performed on your furniture piece. HB make no other warranties, expressed or implied , other than those set forth in this document; nor does it authorize any person or entity to assume any other obligation or liability in connection with your billiard table. This warranty gives you specific legal right. In addition, you may have other legal rights, but can vary from state to state.

This warranty applies only if Heirloom Billiards
or its authorized technicians provide the installation service for you game room equipment
and is not applied to any other outside agent or company not authorized by Heirloom Billiards.
